These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AskQube services, software, and websites (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Service Description
AskQube is a SaaS platform that enables organizations to create specific AI assistants (“Qubes”) that can access a wide range of internal documents such as presentations, webinars, product descriptions, internal procedures, and more.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must register for an account. During registration, you may choose either a free or premium subscription plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for uploading relevant information that will be used by the Qubes. You are also expected to manage the creation of teams, knowledge areas, and the deployment of specific Qubes tailored to certain knowledge and tasks within your organization.
5. Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. The information and documents you provide will be used exclusively within the confines of your organization unless explicitly shared. Private files added by users are not shared across the organization and are accessible only to designated Qubes. Only a portion of data is sent to OpenAI for processing purposes, and your data is never used for training or improving the model’s performance
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by AskQube, including but not limited to the software, design, text, images, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to AskQube and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any materials from the Service without our express written permission.
7. Subscription and Payment
AskQube operates on a subscription model. Details regarding subscription fees, renewal, and cancellation are provided during the registration process and in your account settings. Premium features are available under different subscription plans, with specific terms and rates provided at the time of subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
AskQube and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. The failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. No waiver shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
